APPLICATION
Procedure
Remove all debris, oil and/or other contamination from
construction and saw joints. For best results re-cut joints with
a dry diamond blade. If area to be caulked is wet or damp, joint
must be primed with PU primer and allow to set to a slight tack.
Installation
Install caulk using a steady moderate flow of material, taking
care not to stop material flow for more than twenty seconds.
EQUIPMENT
SealBoss 6600-Vertical QuickFix
can be applied by dual cartridge static mix guns or low pressure plural component
static mix equipment. Contact SealBoss for specific equipment
recommendations.
Pot Life
Pot life of 100g mass is three minutes @ 72°F. Higher
temperatures and larger quantities will shorten pot life. Lower
temperatures and smaller quantities will lengthen pot life.
Cure Time
Tack free in 5 minutes @ 72°F. Minimum age of concrete must
be 21-28 days, depending on curing and drying conditions
prior to applications.
Clean Up
Wipe up any excess
6600-Vertical QuickFix from concrete
and tools before it cures. Once 6600 has cured use a sharp
wall scraper to remove.
DESCRIPTION
6600-Vertical QuickFix is a two component,
rapid curing 1:1 ratio polyurea caulk designed
for sealing vertical and horizontal joints.
6600 is used to fill interior control joints or
new construction saw joints on vertical
surfaces. 6600 can be used in exterior
applications, where some joint movement
from thermal cycling will occur.
Standard color for 6600 is medium gray.
Custom colors are also available. Please

on custom colors.

6600-Vertical QuickFix
should be applied using the following procedures:
remove the red safety cap and white plug exposing
the open tube. Attach the static mixer to the cartridge set.
Secure the static mixer to the cartridge set by tightening the
retaining nut. Load the cartridge set into the dual position caulk
dispenser. Dispense the material. Available work time is
approximately thirty seconds.
Limitations
6600-Vertical QuickFix
is not intended for exterior or interior
joints that are subject to extreme movement. 6600 is a
moisture sensitive product. Repair areas that are wet or damp
must be primed. Contact SealBoss. for high movement joint
fillers and sealers.
